Die unbebaute Fläche in der Willhelm-Fay-Straße neben den beiden bereits bestehenden Rechenzentren in Frankfurt-Sossenheim bietet eine Bruttoaußenfläche von 25.400 Quadratmetern. Hier soll Zeniums drittes Rechenzentrum in dieser Region entstehen – Frankfurt Three. Der Baubeginn ist für das vierte Quartal 2018 angedacht.
